A children’s water bottle has been urgently recalled over fears it is a choking hazard.The major discount retailer, Home Bargains, has urged customers to stop using the Toy Story water bottle immediately and to keep it out of the reach of children. It presents a choking hazard because the spout can detach from the lid,
