Boat capsizes in New York Harbor, woman and 5-month-old baby die  Toronto Star

The New York City Police Department says a woman and infant have after a boat capsized in New York Harbor

Just before 10:30 p.m. Saturday night, NYPD divers and FDNY responded to a call of a capsized boat off of Liberty Island.

Police say the woman and infant were taken to hospital in critical condition and declared dead on arrival.
