Mum and baby die after boat capsizes near Statue of Liberty

Coast Guard pulled a dozen survivors from the water after a 22ft motorboat flipped over. Divers then found the dead infant, who was reportedly only five months old, and the woman. They were airlifted to a Brooklyn hospital in critical condition, but died. It is unclear if the victims are related, or what caused the boat to capsize.
