Citadel cadet, childhood friend gunned down in vacant Florida lot as police launch manhunt

Surveillance video shows Dustin Rose and Samson Campbell walking together hours before they were found shot dead in a vacant DeLand, Florida lot.

Dustin Rose, 19, a member of the South Carolina National Guard and cadet at The Citadel Military College of South Carolina, and Samson Campbell, 18, who lived in Chicago, were in DeLand, Florida to spread Campbell's beloved dog's ashes when both were shot to death in a vacant lot.
