Young drivers need insurance scam awareness lessons - after one in 10 have been caught out.

Research revealed there's been a 25% increase in young drivers involved in fraud and driving uninsured in the past year and say one in ten drivers between 17-25 years old have already been caught out by 'ghost broking' insurance scammers.
