Woman banned from keeping animals for five years after animal neglect case

Deborah Oakley, of Ruardean, in the Forest of Dean, has been banned from keeping animals for five years after she pleaded guilty to causing unnecessary suffering to one dog and three fish and failing to meet the needs of animals in her care

Chihuahua Ollie was shaken violently in June 2024 and suffered a severe brain haemorrhage.
