Who owns Judaism? Israel must take it back from the religious establishment - opinion

Israelis have not abandoned Judaism. They are abandoning those who claim ownership over it.

The Jewish state is responding to “a series of anti-Israel measures taken by the Dutch government,” specifically a Dutch law set to take effect next month that will ban trade of products made in Judea and Samaria, eastern Jerusalem and the Golan Heights, foreign minister Gideon Sa’ar said.

The Israeli Product Centre says it has not been given enough time to sell off its stock.

The commitment comes as Israel expelled Dutch personnel from the US-backed International Support Centre for Gaza.

Israel is deporting two Dutch representatives from the country because of the "anti-Israel measures" the Netherlands has taken, Foreign Minister Gideon Sa’ar wrote on X.
