Walk marks 30th anniversary of Fiona Pender disappearance

A memorial walk will mark 30 years since Fiona Pender disappeared, as gardaí continue investigating her suspected murder.

On the 60th anniversary of the Wave Hill Walk-Off, more than 1,000 people have marched from Kalkarindji to the banks of the Victoria River to retrace the steps taken by hundreds of stockmen, workers and their families in a pivotal moment for Aboriginal land rights.
