Virginia man acquitted by insanity in killing flees US during 48-hour mental hospital pass

Court records show Abdulloi Toshpulodzoda failed to return from an authorized 48-hour pass and instead boarded a one-way flight to Tajikistan.

An illegal alien murderer flew back to his native country after Virginia officials allowed him to be found not guilty by reason of insanity, helped him get a foreign passport, and allowed him to leave the mental hospital on unsupervised visits.
