VC rejects ASUU’s claim of resignation of over 200 lecturers

Musa said the administration of Governor Uba Sani had taken several measures to improve the welfare of academic and non-academic staff and address financial obligations inherited by the university.

The Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU, Abia State University, ABSU, Uturu Branch, has rejected the suspension of one of its members, Professor Nnamdi Nwaeze, describing the action as unacceptable and vowing to sustain its ongoing indefinite strike until the suspended academic is recalled.
