Sept 1 - Nearly a year after Charlie Kirk was shot dead at a Utah university, a judge on Tuesday is expected to rule whether the Utah man accused of killing the conservative activist will stand trial and whether he should face the death penalty.

A Utah judge will decide Tuesday if there’s enough evidence to put the man accused of killing Charlie Kirk on trial for aggravated murder, which would make him eligible for the death penalty.

Utah District Judge Tony Graf Jr. will hear arguments over evidence introduced in July, to decide if there's enough probable cause for a trial in the shooting of the conservative activist last year.
