Kevin Rideout was taken from outside his home in Niger’s capital in October, and U.S. officials scrambled to bring him home.

Kevin Rideout, a pilot with the evangelical missionary agency SIM International, was abducted in the capital, Niamey.

Kevin Rideout "is in good health in the care of US officials," SIM International said in a statement, adding he would soon be reunited with his family.
