MOSCOW, Aug 25 - A U.S. military transport plane landed at Moscow's Vnukovo airport on Tuesday, data from the flight tracking service Flightradar24 showed.

The flight had left from the US Air Force's Joint Base Andrews in Maryland on Sunday afternoon just before 5 pm ET, Flightradar24 data showed. The base is the primary military facility that is used by the US president and senior officials for official air travel.

Asked about the Boeing Globemaster on Tuesday morning, the Kremlin claimed that it had no information about the aircraft's arrival.
