Ukraine Allies Defy Moscow Threats, Pledge Air Defense Boost and Missile Production

Ukraine’s allies gathered in Kyiv on Independence Day with air defense at the top of the agenda, pledging continued military support despite mounting Russian threats. Britain also cleared the release of classified information to support Ukrainian production of Storm Shadow/SCALP missiles.

Andy Burnham has declared that the UK will continue to stand with Ukraine "in the dark and in the light" at a ceremony in Kyiv marking Ukraine's Independence Day.
