The U.S. military attacked a boat suspected of being used to smuggle drugs in the Caribbean Sea on Tuesday, killing four people, as the Trump administration continues its monthslong campaign against alleged traffickers in Latin America.

SOUTHCOM's latest Caribbean strike killed four narco-terrorists, bringing the roughly one-year total to at least 227 dead across 68 reported operations.

US Southern Command (SOUTHCOM) said in a post on X that the strike targeted a vessel "operating along established narco-trafficking routes in the Caribbean".

Organizations that help service members apply to leave the military as conscientious objectors are seeing a large increase in concerns over U.S. military strikes against alleged drug boats and targets inside Iran.
