Twitch enrolled all streamers in Amazon's AI training by default

Twitch's chief product officer acknowledged no one would volunteer their content if given the choice

Amazon is now using content on Twitch to train artificial intelligence models — a move that has garnered fierce backlash from both streamers and users on the interactive livestreaming platform.

Twitch's executives said users can opt out of AI training, which has become a common industry practice.
