Trump administration threatens to demolish Kennedy Center if renovations don't move forward

The Trump administration said in a court filing that if it is not allowed to follow its Kennedy Center renovation plans, including returning President Trump's name to the facade, it will demolish the center. CBS News congressional reporter Taurean Small has more.

Just like he's doing with the White House ballroom, Trump suggests he would rather bulldoze a federal structure and build something else in its place, no matter what the law says.

The justice department has also asked for Trump's name to be put back on the building after it was removed in June following a court order.
