WASHINGTON, Aug 5 (Reuters) - President Donald Trump's administration has refunded about $100 billion from tariffs that it collected before the US Supreme Court struck down those duties, a court filing showed.

It represented more than half of S$212 billion collected in tariffs that the Supreme Court struck down in February.
