Troops scuttle ransom exchange, rescue kidnap victim in Kebbi

The troops of Sector 2 Operation FANSAN YAMMA, conducting counter terrorism and anti-banditry operations in Kebbi State, have rescued a kidnapped female victim and disrupted a planned ransom exchange.

Troops of Operation ENDURING PEACE successfully rescued two kidnap victims in Bassa and Kanam LGAs of Plateau State, the Joint Task Force announced.

[Vanguard] Troops of Sector 2, Operation FANSAN YAMMA, have foiled an attempted abduction and rescued 14 kidnapped victims during an operation in Tsafe Local Government Area of Zamfara State.

Police said they have launched a manhunt to track down fleeing members of the kidnap syndicate.
