Thousands in Spain return home but new heatwave raises wildfire fears

The Supreme Court has ruled, by a 5–2 majority decision, that all registered members in good standing of political parties must be allowed to vote in the election of their party leaders and candidates.

Spain and France are both braced for the start of the fourth heatwave so far this summer and some fires have continued to burn.
