President Trump declared on Monday he’s giving Iran one "last chance before decapitation” – betting on lucky No. 13 for his final ultimatum.

He added that “nothing gets through to Iran, unless we want it to, and nothing will get through, unless a deal, or total surrender, is accomplished.”

The US leader expects the talks to begin in the next day or two.
