Swiss police arrest rave shooting suspect after 24-hour manhunt

Authorities in Switzerland said they arrested a suspect Monday in a shooting at a rave that killed a woman and injured five others.

Swiss police have arrested a man in relation to a deadly shooting at a rave in the town of Aarau over the weekend.

"Investigations into the exact circumstances of the incident, as well as its background and possible motive, are currently underway," the police said.

In a statement earlier on Monday, the cantonal police said that partygoers were preparing to go home when several shots were fired "at a group of people."
