A debt-ridden mum dubbed a 'serial fraudster' has been jailed for the third time. Deborah Swift, 54 - previously known as Deborah Jukes - siphoned money from two businesses.She has a 'compulsion', her barrister said, adding: "She knows she's going to get caught as she always gets caught."Swift's latest offences saw her
