Southeast Asia's richest country opens its first private assisted living home at $6,260 a month

Singapore's first private assisted living development opened on Aug. 18 with monthly rates starting at about SGD8,000 (US$6,260), roughly 10% below the entry price its developer advertised when the project launched a year earlier.

CNA had a first look inside the 195,000 sq ft development, which began operations on Tuesday.
