South Korea rejects Trump's claim; estimates Kim Jong Un has 80-120 nuclear weapons

Speaking to reporters on Wednesday, Trump also claimed that the United States currently has "complete control" of the Strait of Hormuz.

During Trump's first term, Kim called Trump a “mentally deranged US dotard” and threatened that he had use of a "nuclear button" on his desk.

Trump defended planning to meet Kim at the same time as the US president wages a war with Iran that he has justified on the grounds of preventing Tehran from getting the bomb.
