Singapore Lawmakers Back Amended Opposition Economic Motion: CNA

Singapore’s parliament passed an amended motion on the country’s economic future, backing a call for a more equal and inclusive economy that has room for both local companies and global firms, CNA reported.

The motion was passed with four amendments after a debate involving 24 MPs, including four political office holders.
