Her legal team is filing a motion to dismiss recent claims against Gomez involving Wondermind, the star's mental health startup.

"We will vigorously defend these false allegations and indeed are filing a motion to dismiss the baseless claims against her," the singer-actress' attorney said in a statement to People.
