Saskatchewan’s housing market still plagued by low inventory

Those in the province who are house hunting this summer are likely having a tough time thanks to current trends.

Nationally aggregated inventory is up just 2.1% on a year-over-year basis from July 31, 2025, to July 31, 2026. While that’s up a tad from the +1.9% year-over-year pace last month, it’s decelerated signif
