Russia kills 17 in ballistic missile attacks around Kyiv

Russia launched another combined drone and ballistic missile assault on Kyiv, killing one person and injuring seven. Residential and non-residential buildings were damaged, an ambulance was hit, and an ammonia leak was contained.
