RSF calls for release of French journalists detained in Togo

Advocacy group Reporters Without Borders is calling for the release of two French journalists and their fixer detained in Togo.

The two French journalists detained in Togo since last month have been charged with "false declarations" despite having the correct documents to work there, Reporters Without Borders (RSF) has said.

Gaël Mocaër and Sebastian Perez Pezzani's detention is "unjustified and disproportionate", Reporters Without Borders says.
