On Tuesday, the House Ethics Committee launched an investigation into Republican Rep. Max Miller of Ohio after he was accused of abuse by his ex-wife. Caitlin Huey-Burns reports.

Before the Ethics Committee issued its statement Tuesday, Miller said he was requesting an investigation into the allegations by his ex-wife "to clear my name."

The announcement comes as calls for the Ohio Republican’s resignation mount over abuse allegations made by his former wife, the daughter of GOP Sen. Bernie Moreno.
