Putin allows Russia to take control of infrastructure deemed vulnerable to drone attacks

MOSCOW, Aug 24 - President Vladimir Putin on Monday handed the Russian state the power to take control of critically important infrastructure if it is deemed to be poorly protected from Ukrainian drone attacks and other threats.

Owners could lose control of facilities if regulators find them too slow to repair damage.
