Police in Miami responded to the home of celebrity blogger Perez Hilton after receiving reports that he was livestreaming "acts of self-harm."

Miami-Dade deputies responded to Perez Hilton's home after receiving multiple reports about an apparent self-harm incident during a TikTok livestream.

Perez Hilton was hospitalized after an apparent self-harm incident at his Miami home, as police and emergency personnel responded to multiple calls.

The 48-year-old gossip blogger was rushed to the hospital in Miami late Tuesday night after an alarming TikTok livestream frightened fans.

In response to a question about Hilton’s livestream, the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office said they had “received multiple calls regarding an individual who was livestreaming acts of self-harm on social media.”

Police responded to the Miami-area home of celebrity blogger and podcaster Perez Hilton after reports that engaged in self-harm in live-streamed TikTok video. A statement from the Miami-Dade sheriff’s office did not name Hilton but says the individual was “safely recovered” and taken to the hospital.

In the livestream, which has since been taken down, Hilton appears to be bloodied and in a distressed mental state.
