Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk says Poland arrested a Russian citizen recruited by Russian intelligence to kill a Ukrainian-American in Warsaw.

The suspect has been identified as a Russian citizen who planned to kill one of Moscow's critics in Warsaw.

The Russian was detained on August 7 and had been recruited to kill a man who was "inconvenient to the Putin regime," Polish Prime Minister Tusk told journalists.
