Pedestrian seriously injured in hit-and-run on Queen Street West

A pedestrian is in hospital with serious injuries after being struck by a vehicle that fled the scene in Toronto’s west end Saturday morning.

Emergency services are at the scene of a crash in Tasmania's north which has left five people with serious injuries. The two-vehicle crash at Elizabeth Town has closed the Bass Highway in both directions.
