Parts of Central Luzon under yellow rainfall warning – Pagasa

MANILA, Philippines — The heavy rainfall warning amid the effects of the southwest monsoon in parts of Central Luzon on Monday morning has been downgraded into yellow alert. But light to moderate rains and occasionally heavy rains are still forecast in nearby areas including Metro Manila, the state weather bureau said.
