A 55-year-old voter, Sharafa Lasisi, has appealed to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to resolve the failure of the Bimodal Voter Accreditation System (BVAS) to recognise his face, saying the challenge should not prevent him from exercising his franchise. Lasisi, a voter from Alamisi Unit 6, said he
