Osun election: Tinubu played fair because he fought for democracy – Adeleke

Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke on Thursday said President Bola Tinubu ensured the governorship election in Osun was free and fair because he fought for democracy.

Nyesom Wike states Governor Ademola Adeleke won the Osun State governorship election because President Bola Tinubu ensured a free and fair poll.

[Vanguard] Special Adviser and Spokesperson to Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke, Olawale Rasheed, has said that the people of Osun State should not feel betrayed by Governor Adeleke's endorsement of President Bola Tinubu's re-election bid, insisting that the endorsement predates the governor's victory at the polls.

The president urged the re-elected governor to unite Osun residents and focus on growth, stability and socio-economic progress regardless of their political affiliations.
