Orenburg Region Imposes Fuel Rationing After Ukrainian Refinery Attack

Orenburg is the 16th reported region to face renewed fuel disruptions following a brief period of stabilization in late July.

Ukrainian drones struck Nizhnekamsk on the morning of August 10, the independent Telegram channel Astra reported, citing local residents. Nizhnekamsk Mayor Radmir Belyaev said a drone threat was declared at 5:30 a.m. but gave no further details.
