NY Prosecutors Focus on Trump Immunity in Hush-Money Appeal

Donald Trump isn’t entitled to presidential immunity for “private conduct” that led to his conviction on 34 counts of falsifying business records in his so-called hush-money case, New York prosecutors told an appellate court.
