Nolan Wells' mother, Christine Wonsley, made a big promise on Facebook amid reports of the state autopsy results being completed.

The Mississippi medical examiner's office has completed the autopsy of Nolan Wells and sent the results to the Jackson County Sheriff's Office, according to a report.

The results of the autopsy are expected to be sealed until they are presented to a grand jury.

The results of the autopsy, conducted by the State Medical Examiner's office in Mississippi, have not yet been made public.

In Mississippi, NBC News is learning that the state autopsy for Nolan Wells is finished. The results of that report have not been made public. New videos are also surfacing appearing to show Nolan at different points during that day. NBC News’ Aaron Gilchrist has more.
