Nigeria: UK Warns Citizens Against Travel to 28 Nigerian States Over Terrorism, Kidnap Risk

[Vanguard] The United Kingdom government has warned its citizens intending to visit Nigeria against all travel to 11 states and parts of the country, citing rising insecurity, terrorism, kidnapping and intercommunal violence.

The advisory comes amid fresh concerns over attacks in the Middle Belt and continued operations by Boko Haram and Islamic State West Africa, ISWAP, in the North East and certain parts of the country.
