Firefighters in Nevada are struggling to contain a fast-growing wildfire which has already forced the evacuation of nearly 14,000 people. A state of emergency has been called, meaning federal responders are working alongside local firefighters to try and keep it from residential areas. Details by Camille Knight.

The fast-growing Hawk Fire has grown to more than 10,500 acres as nearly 14,000 homes were ordered evacuate with warnings reaching the edge of the University of Nevada campus.
