Nationalist Rodina Party Sues to Disqualify Yabloko From State Duma Elections

Rodina leader Alexei Zhuravlyov accused Yabloko members of being traitors “who work for the West” and claimed his party had uncovered financial violations by Yabloko.

Russia’s Rodina party has filed a lawsuit with the country’s Supreme Court seeking to remove Yabloko from the ballot, Rodina leader and sitting State Duma deputy Alexey Zhuravlev told the Russian state news agency TASS.
