MP18 Fire forces evacuation warnings, Highway 96 closure near Hoopa

A fast-moving wildfire triggered evacuation warnings and a highway closure as flames reached the roadway.

The Bald Range wildfire in British Columbia, still considered "out of control", has spread to more than 36 sq miles (95 sq km).
