South Australia Police say they are treating the deaths of a woman and her toddler found in water off the state’s south-east coast as a murder-suicide.

A woman who died alongside her toddler daughter after an incident on South Australia’s Limestone Coast has been identified as 36-year-old Helena Wright.

Police and emergency services will continue to search for the infant, who was in the care of the 36-year-old mum earlier the day she vanished
