Authorities have not said who they think is responsible for the bombing that killed three, including the woman carrying the weapon.

Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin on Sunday called a deadly restaurant bombing in his city's Kudrinskaya Square a day earlier a "terrorist attack."

Three people have been killed and 21 injured after an explosive device detonated at an Italian restaurant, Russian media reports.

A woman attempted to smuggle the bomb into the establishment, but a security guard refused to let her in before the bomb exploded, Russian state media reported.
