Morocco says working to prevent potential new Ceuta crossings surge

Morocco Interior Ministry says it has increased security along its borders with the Spanish exclaves Ceuta and Melilla.

Morocco's National Human Rights Council condemns mistreatment "out of sight of the cameras", while Justice Minister Abdellatif Ouahbi says Rabat still claims sovereignty over Ceuta and Melilla.
