Officials in Nepal earlier said 826 people, including some 341 foreigners, are missing after the Bhotekoshi-Trishuli floods.

The agency said seismic activity initially reported as an earthquake "was instead a glacial collapse and debris flow" that "caused subsequent catastrophic impacts downstream."
