Mom of two killed in freak accident as plane making emergency landing hits her car

The plane that made an emergency landing on a busy road in Prince George, B.C., this week—causing a series of crashes that left one person dead—appears to have lost power to one engine mid-flight.

Prince George RCMP said the Transportation Safety Board has taken over the case and they remain on the scene looking into what happened.

The road is expected to be closed for several hours to allow investigations to continue
